Rachael Kelly

As an HR and change management executive with over 20 years’ experience, Rachael has worked in government, private and publicly listed organisations, both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Harrier, Rachael held a London-based HR Director role with international law firm, Slater & Gordon. Reporting directly to the Board, as both a member of the executive team and as an HR and change subject matter expert, Rachael developed maturity and capability in the HR function to provide the organisation with a robust platform for future growth.

In addition to her internal HR expertise, Rachael has successfully managed her own HR consulting business, working with large service organisations such as PwC and United Group Services, as well as with medium-sized organisations across multiple industry sectors.

A member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), the AICD and committee member of the Change Management Institute (Australian Chapter), Rachael provides expert advice and ongoing coaching to our clients on matters of people and culture, management and leadership, internal change capability and outsourced HR services.

Rachael’s significant board level exposure, her wealth of HR and change management experience and natural coaching style, gives her an outstanding ability to drive people and culture initiatives from the executive level, to maximise employee engagement and support our organisational growth and evolution. Importantly, Rachael is truly passionate about enhancing and preserving what makes Harrier a great place to work.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Human Resource Management from Deakin University, Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also a certified Prosci ADKAR change management professional. Read more on LinkedIn
