Group Marketing and Communications Manager
Lindsey is responsible for Harrier Human Capital’s marketing and communications, including brand, content, digital, PR and CSR initiatives. Lindsey works hand in hand with our senior leaders to offer marketing support to their businesses’ sales, client delivery, operations and culture.
Since joining Harrier in 2010, Lindsey has worked in a variety of roles, giving her an intimate understanding of who we are as a business, our legacy and our future. Having previously worked in the Harrier Talent Solutions business, she has managed embedded talent acquisition teams, implemented recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions and designed the high quality service models that our clients expect from us. Lindsey’s in-depth knowledge of Harrier and her keen understanding of the talent industry enables her to develop strategic marketing and communications strategies to help us achieve our commercial aspirations.
Lindsey has a Bachelor (Honours) of Arts in English Literature and holds a CIPD-accredited postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a PRINCE2 certified project management practitioner and also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Read more on LinkedIn
