Group Managing Director and CEO
Kelly Quirk is an entrepreneurial business leader with over 20 years’ experience in talent management, outsourcing and HR consulting throughout Europe, the Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. She is passionate about delivering sustainable business improvement through human capital and is recognised as a global thought leader in talent augmentation. She has held senior executive leadership positions in Fortune 500 talent management businesses, providing comprehensive and complex RPO, MSP, SOW, HR and technology consulting solutions for multinational organisations.
In 2012, having successfully led an international managed services business through the global financial crisis in London and in the pursuit of adventure and business excellence, Kelly decided it was time to embark on a journey to build her own business and truly redefine authentic client engagement: She found a business she believed could become the platform to realise this dream and moved to Australia, becoming a major shareholder of a small West Australian company, Harrier Human Capital.
Under Kelly’s leadership Harrier totally rebuilt, redefined and corporatised its business, creating a high performance culture and transforming itself from a regional resources and mining outsourcing specialist into a multinational, multi-sector organisation that specialises in total talent management solutions, professional staffing and technology and innovation. There are now over 120 people working across the businesses under the holding company of Harrier Human Capital for which Kelly is CEO. A testament to Kelly’s strategic vision and commercial acumen, the business has quadrupled its growth organically and via acquisitions over the last three years.
Kelly is a graduate in Medical Science from the University of Portsmouth and holds an MBA from the University of Southampton. With Kelly as CEO, Harrier was recognised by the WA Business News Strategic Partnerships and Professional Services awards, as well as winning a Rising Star award. Personally, Kelly has been recognised in the 40Under40 Awards and named in Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing and International 50 Women of Influence lists for three consecutive years.
Unwavering in her passion for creating opportunities and helping people to make the most of themselves, Kelly is committed to her staff at Harrier and the wider community, supporting St Vinnies and other charities that focus on homelessness and domestic violence.
Kelly is married to a Kiwi FIFO goldminer; they adore their three dogs, Rugby Union and making fun of her appalling golf handicap. They currently live between Sydney and Perth and couldn’t be happier in the country that they now call home. Read more on LinkedIn
