Group Operations Director

As Harrier Human Capital’s Group Operations Director, Helen Gormley is highly influential to the operational success of the group. The wide reach of her role sees her interfacing with all parts of our business, giving her a true understanding of the operational needs whilst ensuring alignment to our strategic priorities.

Helen is accountable for the successful project management and integration of business acquisitions, including identifying and implementing process and technology efficiencies and group partnerships. She also oversees Harrier’s Sourcing Hub, which provides a highly scalable, agile solution to complement existing internal recruitment teams and onsite Harrier talent models, supporting seasonal peaks, recruitment projects or specific campaign recruitment. It is comprised of experienced recruitment professionals in our offsite, onshore delivery team and our Shared Service Centre based in Manila, giving Helen a broad and varied leadership portfolio.

Previously our Head of Service Delivery for boutique and project RPOs, these smaller scale but complex solutions saw Helen overseeing the solution design, implementation, client relationship management and delivery aspects of the on and offsite teams who recruit significant volumes of hires within condensed timeframes for our clients. The customer focus that was integral to this role has always been one of Helen’s greatest strengths and is still weaved into the approach she takes to every conversation, every meeting and every plan.

A key part of Helen’s success, in addition to the 15 years of recruitment and client relationship management she brings, is her experience in working with technology, offshored shared services and project management. Helen has a BA Hons, Business Studies degree from the University of the West of England, UK and is a PRINCE2 certified project management practitioner. Read more on LinkedIn
