Delwyn manages Harrier’s internal recruitment across our group of companies and leads the optimisation of our national recruitment processes. Having worked with Harrier for five years, Del truly understands our business and has a proven record of driving our acquisition of some of the most talented people in our industry, a differentiator that makes us really stand out from our competitors.

She is an expert in establishing and maintaining robust talent pipelines, sometimes working with candidates for months to support them in making their next career move to Harrier. Del’s role is pivotal in maintaining our strong culture of passion, quality and authenticity as she recruits experienced talent professionals who are committed to delivering impeccable service for our clients and who live the Harrier values every day. Importantly, Del also partners with our senior business leaders in the design of our client solutions by providing expert insight into the organisational design, success profiles and strategic sourcing of our service delivery teams.

Before joining Harrier, Del worked for Michael Page where she specialised in the recruitment of finance professionals, as well as managing the technical, project controls and health and safety portfolios for the Mining and Engineering team. She then moved to an HR role at Amcom and it was here that Del found her passion for designing, implementing and managing people and culture initiatives. She chaired Amcom’s Women in Technology group and had great success in leading the gender diversity agenda within the male dominated environment of IT. She has built upon this foundation here at Harrier, introducing and optimising our employee referral program, performance development program, new employee onboarding, competency matrix, alumni program and succession planning process.

Del demonstrates her passion for Harrier through all of the interactions she has with clients, candidates and stakeholders alike. Her warm nature and high level of integrity enables her to build strong and lasting relationships with candidates.
