LNG recruitment: Time for a rethink
Australia has established itself as the world’s fourth-largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) exporter, and the third largest in Asia Pacific. This is further compounded by Australia’s high cost of living and rising labour costs. This paper explores these challenges and outlines some strategies that LNG operators might consider to gain a competitive edge in the battle for talent.
