Kelly Quirk, Harrier CEO, recognised as one of the world’s most influential talent leaders for 4th consecutive year.

Kelly Quirk, CEO and major shareholder of Australian total talent business Harrier Human Capital, has been recognised by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the world’s top 50 most influential and respected talent leaders for the fourth consecutive year.

SIA, an independent global advisor on staffing and talent management, placed Ms Quirk in both the Global Power 150 and Women in Staffing Power 50 lists, honouring her long-standing contribution to the global talent management industry and leadership within the Asia-Pacific region, where she has transformed a boutique Perth-based resourcing company into one of the region’s fastest growing and most respected total talent businesses.

Ms Quirk is one of only a few business owners to feature, an
accolade not lost on her; she said, “Not many people leave Fortune 500
companies to start their own business and it’s an experience that I feel very
privileged to have had.”

I’m deeply passionate about the transformative potential of effective talent management, and being able to build a company that was uniquely focused on the Australian market, supporting our economy and people to thrive, was a special opportunity and still what motivates me to succeed.”

Under Ms Quirk’s leadership, Harrier Human Capital has
more than quadrupled revenue over the last four years, and now services
customers in diverse industries including mining, energy, government, education,
healthcare and retail.

In the last 12-months, Harrier has been named Best RPO Provider by Recruitment International and featured in the Australian Financial Review’s Fast 100 – the 100 fastest growing companies in Australia.  Ms Quirk’s passion for supporting Australian businesses has also seen Harrier establish a fund dedicated to investing in emerging talent technology.

“It’s been a wonderful four years for us,” said Ms Quirk,
“I’m incredibly proud of what our team has achieved and grateful to SIA for
recognising the contribution our independent, Australian business has to the global
talent industry.”
