Harrier wins KinCare RPO
Harrier Human Capital (Harrier) has been engaged by one of Australia’s leading in-home health and wellbeing providers, KinCare, to deliver a new enterprise recruitment process outsourced solution (RPO) across Australia.
Harrier was selected as the preferred partner through a competitive tender process to deliver the recruitment for all of KinCare’s field-based roles, including home care workers, nurses and in-field team leads. The solution commenced on 4th October 2016, following a comprehensive implementation period, and sees the new Talent Acquisition team based onsite in KinCare’s Perth and Sydney offices. The team will work alongside the incumbent corporate recruitment function and report into Paula McMahon, General Manager, Managed Solutions.
A spokesperson for KinCare said, “KinCare is on a growth journey in a changing market and has been looking to partner with an organisation that can assist us in transforming our on-boarding of talent. At KinCare we required a national recruitment model that allowed us to attract the highest quality of people in the market with a passion to providing the best of care for our customers. We are so pleased to have partnered with Harrier Human Capital in helping us achieve this key strategic initiative.”
Harrier’s CEO Kelly Quirk said, “The RPO contract with KinCare is a great reflection of the ongoing relationship between our two businesses and our joint commitment to driving robust and quality talent acquisition practices in the fast-growing aged care industry. Having already worked with KinCare on a number of discrete recruitment projects, we’re really pleased to have found such a strong strategic partner in Lauren Peacock, Chief HR Officer, and the rest of the KinCare business.
As a national RPO provider, Harrier is extremely well placed to support Australian businesses that are looking to strategically evolve their talent acquisition functions.”
The new RPO solution at KinCare continues Harrier’s expansion on the east coast, as will an important upcoming acquisition: More details on this will follow soon
