Harrier Talent Solutions makes three key appointments to its leadership team
Australia (March 18, 2019) – Harrier Talent Solutions, Australia’s leading total talent solutions and consulting business, today announced three key appointments to its leadership team.
Melanie Nosworthy joins as Head of Service Delivery and Customer Performance, a newly created role driving operational excellence and innovation across the Harrier Talent Solutions customer portfolio. In addition to working closely with Harrier’s customer group and delivery teams, Melanie will lead Harrier’s project solutions team and sourcing hub to enhance contract performance and augment RPO and MSP solutions with additional support and services.
Melanie joins Harrier from 12- years with Alexander Mann solutions where she led enterprise RPO solutions for customers across the UK, Europe and Australia and held responsibility for customer performance globally. She will be based in Perth.

Growing Harrier’s leadership presence in Victoria, Shaun Alexander joins as General Manager – Customer Development where he will drive new business development and solutions architecture. Shaun has an outstanding record of sales accomplishment in the recruitment and talent industries, including 12 years in various leadership roles at Adecco.
In a further evolution of Harrier’s leadership team, current General Manager, Sue Howse, moves into the newly created role of as Executive Director – Consulting. Sue joined Harrier in early 2017 bringing more than 20 years’ experience in operational leadership and talent innovation, having worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands across IT, resources, finance, banking, energy and professional services, state and federal government.

Shaun’s passion and expertise in developing highly bespoke customer solutions will enable us to maximise our potential and ensure that the Asia-Pacific market is fully informed about our value proposition and the difference a high-quality talent outsourcing solution can make to a business.
Over the last two years our consulting business has grown to the extent that it requires dedicated leadership, a role for which Sue is uniquely qualified and I’m delighted that she will be managing the ongoing development of our consulting services offering.”
Sue moves into her new role with immediate effect and will continue to be based in Sydney.
