Harrier Talent Solutions appoints two new business leaders

Harrier Talent Solutions (HTS), subsidiary of Harrier Human Capital (Harrier), today announces the appointment of Alex Manning and James Freer as its newest Client Directors.

Reporting to Managing Director Sue Howse, Alex and James bring their wealth of experience in total talent management to their positions and will continue to drive the joint commitment of HTS and its clients to achieving robust and quality talent acquisition practices.

Of these appointments, Howse said, “I’m delighted to welcome Alex and James to the HTS leadership team; their capability and enviable experience will be an asset not only to HTS and the wider Harrier group but to our clients across the board. Their appointments are a further demonstration of HTS’s commitment to the provision of industry-leading talent solutions.”

Alex Manning

Alex joined HTS on 28th August and is based in Sydney. With over 15 years’ industry experience, including the delivery of strategic client services for Manpower Group, she has implemented and led total talent solutions for clients across Australia.

Alex is a highly accomplished talent acquisition leader and program manager, with notable client relationship and strategic project management expertise. She has previously led onsite teams for some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations, both in the public and private sectors.

James Freer

James joined HTS in Melbourne on 13th September and brings over 15 years’ experience of partnering with clients to design innovative and compelling talent solutions for large-scale RPO delivery.

James is a highly innovative talent acquisition professional, with a wealth of local and global experience.  Having previously worked in a number of director level positions with Korn Ferry Futurestep in London, Melbourne, LA and San Francisco, James is an expert in identifying opportunities for transformation, leading and driving organisational talent acquisition efficiencies and establishing strong business relationships. He has partnered with diverse businesses and industries to understand their strategic priorities and deliver best in class talent solutions, designing workforce solutions for many prominent global brands.
