Staffing Industry Analysts: The global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions: Elevating the workforce solutions ecosystem.

Recruiting and Consulting Services Association Australia and New Zealand: The peak body for the employment industry in ANZ, representing over 3,000 corporate and individual members.

Association of Professional Staffing Companies in Australia: This association provides all companies involved in the recruitment and management of professional talent, who have a commitment to excellence, the specialist support and distinctive voice they need to be successful.

HR Outsourcing Association: A membership channel and community dedicated to professional development, networking and topical service and technology promotions to help better businesses.

Communities: Harrier contributes to initiatives which improve the lives of others, in the local communities in which we do business. Our current partner charities are Orange Sky Laundry, Starlight Foundation and the Cancer Council. In recent years we have also worked closely with St Vincent de Paul, World Vision and Leukaemia Foundation.

Environment: We maintain and regularly review our sustainability policy and tactics for waste reduction, recycling and efficient energy consumption.

Ethics and governance: We aim to provide our staff with a positive, fulfilling and safe workplace, and strive to nurture a culture of sound ethical practices, reinforced by our formal code of conduct and by the example set by our board and senior management.
