Client Solutions Director
As Harrier’s Client Solutions Director, Helen Gormley is the head of service delivery for boutique and project RPOs. These smaller scale but complex solutions see Helen working across multiple industries, overseeing the process design, client relationship management, delivery and ramp up aspects of the teams who go on site to recruit significant volumes of hires within condensed timeframes for our clients. A key part of Helen’s success, in addition to the 10 years of recruitment and client relationship management she brings, is her experience in working with technology, offshore shared services and project management. Our enterprise RPO client solutions are also taken through the tendering and bid management phases by Helen’s team.
Helen always seeks to understand an organisation’s needs to enable her to design the solutions and delivery models that provide the best outcome for her clients. She also leads the internal mobility, recruitment and mobilisation of the Harrier team, building on her expertise in leading others, talent pipelining, talent mapping, organisational design and culture.
With her experience in resources, mining, media, retail and FMCG, in the UK and Australia, Helen brings a renewed perspective to the RPO sector.
