Harrier Human Capital (Harrier) has been engaged by one of Australia’s leading in-home health and wellbeing providers, KinCare, to deliver a new enterprise recruitment process outsourced solution (RPO) across Australia.
Harrier was selected as the preferred partner through a competitive tender process to deliver the recruitment for all of KinCare’s field-based roles, including home care workers, nurses and in-field team leads. The solution commenced on 4th October 2016, following a comprehensive implementation period, and sees the new Talent Acquisition team based onsite in KinCare’s Perth and Sydney offices. The team will work alongside the incumbent corporate recruitment function and report into Paula McMahon, General Manager, Managed Solutions.

Harrier Human Capital (Harrier) has added its voice to the growing call for equal marriage rights for all consenting Australians by signing up to the Australian Marriage Equality Committee.
Harrier is one of over 1,000 Australian corporations, local businesses, councils, non-profits and other organisations who have written open letters lobbying the government for equal marriage rights.
