Talent management business Harrier Human Capital (Harrier) celebrates its tenth birthday this week, a milestone that has been celebrated by employees, alumni and board members.
To mark the occasion Harrier’s national team enjoyed birthday cake delivered to their offices, contributed to a time capsule for 2027 and received a commemorative issue of the company’s internal newsletter. Harrier also made a donation to charity partner St Vinnies on behalf of each employee.

Talent management business Harrier Human Capital (Harrier) has appointed Rebecca Thomas as its new Head of Implementation and Strategic Partnerships with effect from 14th December.
Based in Sydney, Rebecca will lead future RPO solution implementations for new and existing clients, utilising her 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition field. She will also leverage her extensive industry network to manage Harrier’s partnerships with suppliers at a strategic level, to help clients realise economies of scale, access market insights and understand opportunities for innovation in their recruitment.

Kelly Quirk, CEO of Harrier Human Capital, has been named by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in its Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing list for the second year running.
SIA is an independent global advisor on contingent work, staffing and recruitment. According to SIA’s press release, its Global Power 100 list is “comprised of women from all different staffing sectors and is a shout-out to those whose unique vision and contributions take the industry forward, in niche as well as global markets. The final selection is based on the influence and achievements of the women nominated.”1
