Harrier appoints Head of Implementation and Strategic Partnerships

Talent management business Harrier Human Capital (Harrier) has appointed Rebecca Thomas as its new Head of Implementation and Strategic Partnerships with effect from 14th December.

Based in Sydney, Rebecca will lead future RPO solution implementations for new and existing clients, utilising her 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition field. She will also leverage her extensive industry network to manage Harrier’s partnerships with suppliers at a strategic level, to help clients realise economies of scale, access market insights and understand opportunities for innovation in their recruitment.

Rebecca is a highly capable and accomplished talent acquisition leader, having held senior positions at Resource Solutions, Michael Page and Allegis Talent2. As the Implementation Director for Asia Pacific at Talent2, Rebecca spent seven years developing organisational change management strategy, managing complex projects, implementing recruitment technology and designing recruitment processes for clients in Australia and Asia Pacific such as American Express, GrainCorp, QBE Insurance, Ericsson, GSK and HSBC.

This appointment is the latest in a series of announcements from Harrier, whose recent acquisition of the majority share of search and selection firm Oceans Group marks the company’s continued growth on the east coast.
