Harrier CEO wins in two categories in 40under40 Awards

Harrier Human Capital CEO, Kelly Quirk, has won in two categories at the prestigious 40under40 Awards.

Ms Quirk was named winner of the Professional Services and the City of Perth Strategic Alliance categories, in addition to being a finalist in the 40under40 award.

Now in its fourteenth year, the 40under40 Awards has an alumni of over 500 business achievers. Established by BusinessNews, the awards program is designed to recognise and celebrate Western Australia’s 40 leading business entrepreneurs under the age of 40. The program recognises not only personal determination and commercial drive, but also the philanthropic pursuits that balance professional achievements.

Harrier surprises with flashmob performance

Members of our Harrier team surprised all in attendance at our 2014 Christmas dinner with a flash mob performance.

The performance was organised by the Harrier social committee and weekly rehearsals were taking place since August on our rooftop terrace – BHP Billiton (along with the surrounding buildings) were a regular audience for our rehearsals!

The flash mob had members from every team within Harrier participating, and covered people from the Hangar Head Office, Chevron RPO, CHC Helicopters RPO , Coles Perth and Coles Melbourne teams. It was a huge surprise on the night and a lot of fun for all involved. Click the link here to watch the video:

Gender Diversity impacts the bottom line

The lack of gender diversity in senior leadership ranks puts Australian business at a significant competitive disadvantage, according to Kelly Quirk, Chief Executive Officer of human resource consultancy, Harrier Human Capital.
